Statewide Closings

Our office is located in Boynton Beach which is in Southern Palm Beach County on the East coast of Florida.  We personally travel to closings in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties. 

If your real property is located in a county other than Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach or St. Lucie County, we can still handle your transaction. 

You can choose from the following:

Mail Away Closings.   If you do not want to attend your closing or you are unable to be in Florida on the date your file is supposed to close, we can arrange for a “mail away” closing, where we send all of your documents to you via Federal Express.  You then sign all of your documents in front of a notary public and a few witnesses.  The entire package is then sent back to our office and upon our receipt, the closing then takes place.   

Notary Closings.  We can send a notary public to your home, at an hour that is most convenient for you (including after normal business hours) to sign your documents.  This way, you do not have to find a notary public during regular business hours yourself and you not have to worry about getting the documents back to our office, since it’s the job of the notary public we send to you to complete that part of the transaction.
